دور المنصة
تساعد Sportdaar المستخدمين على اكتشاف المدربين والمنشآت والأنشطة والمعلومات الرياضية. ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، لا تكون المنصة طرفًا في اتفاق التدريب أو استخدام المنشأة بين المستخدم ومقدم الخدمة.
الحسابات والأهلية
يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة وحماية كلمة المرور. يحتاج من هم دون 18 عامًا إلى إشراف وموافقة ولي الأمر. يتحمل صاحب الحساب مسؤولية النشاط الجاري من خلال حسابه وإبلاغنا فورًا عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به.
المدربون والمنشآت
يقر المدرب وصاحب المنشأة بصحة الهوية والمؤهلات والأسعار والمواعيد والصور والتراخيص أو الموافقات المطلوبة قانونًا. تعني علامة المراجعة أن Sportdaar راجعت المعلومات المتاحة، وليست ضمانًا للنتائج أو السلامة أو الترخيص المستمر.
الأسعار والحجوزات
تظهر أي رسوم أو سياسة إلغاء قبل تأكيد خدمة مدفوعة. بعض ميزات الحجز والدفع قد تكون غير متاحة خلال مرحلة الإطلاق، وعند تفعيلها ستطبق الشروط المعروضة وقت العملية.
الموقع والنتائج الرياضية
تعتمد ميزات القرب على دقة جهاز المستخدم والبيانات المقدمة من أصحاب الملفات. مواعيد ونتائج المباريات تأتي من مصادر خارجية وقد تتأخر أو تتغير؛ ينبغي الرجوع إلى الجهة المنظمة قبل اتخاذ قرار يعتمد عليها.
دربني والصحة
محتوى «دربني» إرشاد عام للتنظيم واللياقة وليس تشخيصًا أو علاجًا أو بديلًا عن مختص مؤهل. الشخصية المرئية افتراضية ولا تعني متابعة بشرية أو نتائج مضمونة. تطبق شروط خدمة دربني المحدثة في 14 أكتوبر 2026، وتشمل أهلية البالغين والإفصاح الصحي وموافقة البيانات وحدود الخدمة. لا تنشئ الميزة اشتراكًا مدفوعًا تلقائيًا.
المحتوى والسلوك المقبول
يمنع الاحتيال وانتحال الهوية والتحرش وجمع بيانات الآخرين دون إذن ورفع محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو ينتهك حقوق الغير. تمنح Sportdaar ترخيصًا محدودًا لعرض المحتوى الذي ترفعه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الملف والخدمة.
الإيقاف وإنهاء الحساب
يجوز تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب عند مخالفة الشروط أو تعريض المستخدمين أو المنصة للخطر. يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه وفق سياسة الخصوصية، مع مراعاة أي حفظ يفرضه القانون أو نزاع قائم.
حدود المسؤولية والقانون
تقدم الخدمات المتاحة كما هي وفي حدود القانون. لا تتحمل Sportdaar مسؤولية الاتفاقات أو الإصابات أو الخسائر الناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة من طرف ثالث. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمحاكم المختصة فيها.

Platform role
Sportdaar helps users discover coaches, venues, activities and sports information. Unless expressly stated, Sportdaar is not a party to a training or venue-use agreement between a user and a provider.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and protect your password. People under 18 require guardian consent and supervision. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly report unauthorised use.
Coaches and venues
Coaches and venue owners confirm that their identity, qualifications, prices, hours, images, licences and legally required approvals are accurate. A review badge means Sportdaar reviewed available information; it is not a guarantee of results, safety, or continuing licensing.
Prices and bookings
Any fee or cancellation policy will be shown before confirming a paid service. Booking and payment features may be unavailable during launch; when enabled, the terms displayed at the time of the transaction will apply.
Location and sports results
Proximity features depend on device accuracy and information supplied by profile owners. Match schedules and results come from third-party sources and may be delayed or changed. Confirm important information with the organiser.
Train Me and health
Train Me provides general fitness and organisational guidance, not diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for a qualified professional. The visual character is virtual and does not imply human supervision or guaranteed results. The Train Me Service Terms, updated on 14 October 2026, cover adult eligibility, health declarations, data consent and service limits. Creating a plan does not start a paid subscription.
Content and acceptable conduct
Fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorised data collection, and unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content are prohibited. You grant Sportdaar a limited licence to display uploaded content only as needed to operate your profile and the service.
Suspension and account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put users or the platform at risk. Users may request account deletion under the Privacy Policy, subject to legally required retention or an unresolved dispute.
Liability and governing law
Available services are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Sportdaar is not responsible for agreements, injuries or losses caused by inaccurate third-party information. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and its competent courts.
