تاريخ النفاذ: 8 سبتمبر 2026. توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة Sportdaar («دار الرياضة») البيانات الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدام الموقع والخدمات المرتبطة به.
البيانات التي نجمعها
قد نجمع بيانات الحساب والتواصل، والرياضات والاهتمامات، وصورة الملف الاختيارية للرياضي، وصور ومؤهلات المدربين، وبيانات وصور المنشآت ومواعيدها وأسعارها. عند استخدام ميزات القرب أو المشي نطلب إذن الموقع؛ ولا يبدأ التتبع إلا بأمر المستخدم.
الموقع والنشاط
يُستخدم موقع المدرب كمكان التدريب وموقع المنشأة كمكانها العام، وليس كعنوان سكني. في ميزة المشي نعالج الموقع أثناء النشاط المفتوح ونحفظ ملخص النشاط مثل الخطوات والمسافة والمدة، ولا نشغّل تتبعًا خفيًا مستمرًا في الخلفية من الموقع الحالي.
أغراض الاستخدام
نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه، وتشغيل البحث والحجوزات والتنبيهات، ومراجعة ملفات المدربين والمنشآت، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين أداء وأمان المنصة.
بيانات دربني — تحديث 14 أكتوبر 2026
بعد موافقة مستقلة للخدمة نحفظ في حسابك الهدف والمواعيد والمستوى والقياسات الاختيارية وآخر 60 سجل متابعة، وإصدار الموافقة ووقتها. لا نستخدمها للتسويق الشخصي دون موافقة منفصلة ولا ننشرها للعامة. لا تُرسل إلى مصادر الملاعب والمباريات. معاينة الزائر لا تنشئ حسابًا ولا تحفظ خطة على الخادم. تستلزم بيانات الإصابات والحالات المؤثرة مراجعة مختص؛ ولا نكوّن ملفًا تشخيصيًا من الإقرارات. يمكنك طلب حذف بيانات الخطة أو تصحيحها أو سحب الموافقة عبر info@sportdaar.com، مع مراعاة المتطلبات القانونية.
المشاركة ومقدمو الخدمة
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. قد نعالج الحد الأدنى اللازم عبر مزودي الاستضافة والبريد وWhatsApp وخدمات الخرائط ومصادر النتائج الرياضية، أو نكشف بيانات عند وجود التزام قانوني. لا تتلقى مصادر النتائج الرياضية بيانات تسجيل حسابك.
الصور والمحتوى العام
لا تظهر ملفات المدربين والمنشآت في الدليل إلا بعد المراجعة. قد تصبح الصور ومعلومات التواصل والخدمات التي يقدمها صاحب الملف ظاهرة للعامة بعد الاعتماد، ويجب ألا يرفع المستخدم محتوى لا يملك حق استخدامه.
الأطفال وبيانات ولي الأمر
تتطلب حسابات من هم دون 18 عامًا بيانات ولي الأمر وموافقته. ينبغي لولي الأمر الإشراف على استخدام القاصر للمنصة وعلى أي نشاط أو تواصل ينتج عنها.
الحفظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات بقدر الحاجة لتشغيل الحساب والوفاء بالمتطلبات القانونية وحل النزاعات. يمكن طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به عبر info@sportdaar.com. قد نحتفظ فقط بما يلزم قانونًا أو لمكافحة الاحتيال، مع توضيح السبب عند الطلب.
الأمان والتحديثات
نستخدم ضوابط تقنية وإدارية معقولة، لكن لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية مضمونة بالكامل. قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة خدمات، وسيظهر تاريخ النفاذ الجديد هنا.
Effective date: 8 September 2026. This policy explains how Sportdaar ("House of Sports") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use its website and related services.
Data we collect
We may collect account and contact details, sports interests, an athlete's optional profile photo, coach qualifications and images, and venue details, images, hours and prices. Location permission is requested only when you use proximity or walking features.
Train Me data — updated 14 October 2026
With separate service consent, your goal, schedule, level, optional measurements, up to 60 check-ins and consent version and time are stored in your account. They are not published or used for personalised marketing without separate consent, or sent to venue and sports-event providers. Guest previews do not create accounts or save plans on the server. Injuries and relevant conditions require professional review; declarations do not create a diagnostic profile. Request plan deletion, correction or consent withdrawal via info@sportdaar.com, subject to legal obligations.
Location and activity
A coach location identifies the public training place and a venue location identifies the facility—not a residential address. During a user-started walking session, location is processed to calculate and store a summary such as steps, distance and duration. The current website does not perform hidden continuous background tracking.
How we use data
We use data to create and verify accounts, provide search, booking and alert features, review coach and venue profiles, prevent abuse, and improve platform performance and security.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. The minimum necessary data may be processed by hosting, email, WhatsApp and mapping providers, or disclosed when legally required. Sports-results providers do not receive your Sportdaar registration details.
Images and public profiles
Coach and venue profiles appear in the directory only after review. Images, contact details and offered services submitted by a profile owner may become public after approval. Users must not upload content they do not have the right to use.
Children and guardians
Accounts for people under 18 require guardian details and consent. Guardians should supervise a minor's platform use and any activity or communication arising from it.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as needed to operate accounts, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated data at info@sportdaar.com. We may retain information required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and will explain the reason when applicable.
Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no electronic system is completely secure. We may update this policy as services change and will publish the new effective date here.
